• Assist in planning and providing activities for residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning weekend activities for a diverse resident population.
• Conduct and coordinate designated activities.
• Evaluate effectiveness and participation of activities and make recommendations.
• Prepare and distribute calendars, memos, and other materials.
• Document unusual conditions or resident reactions promptly to staff.
• Maintain adherence to organizational procedures and safety standards.
• Support residents' psychosocial needs through scheduled and spontaneous activities.
