Phoenix Senior Living in South Carolina is seeking an Assistant Program and Outreach Director (Activities Assistant) to support day-to-day resident-centered activities and promote the Phoenix Senior Living philosophy of wellness.

The role focuses on integrating emotional, social, physical, and cognitive well-being across activities, and requires the ability to lead and motivate volunteers while coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; senior living experience preferred.
• Ability to lead activities and engage volunteers.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living and dementia care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Refer to Resident Profile/addendum for every new resident.
• Facilitate a variety of activities with participation of care staff.
• Assist residents to and from activity rooms as needed.
• Support Life Skills and dementia-care activities.
• Keep activity areas tidy and organized.
• Maintain inventories of supplies and crafts.
