Phoenix Senior Living in Lexington is seeking an Assistant Program and Outreach Director (Activities Assistant) to join our dedicated team. You will help deliver resident-centered activities that align with our wellness philosophy and ensure all dimensions of well-being are addressed.

The role supports day-to-day activities, coordinates events, and collaborates with care associates to promote engagement, while monitoring changes in resident condition and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; experience in senior living preferred.
• Ability to lead activities and motivate volunteers.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living and dementia care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a variety of activities with wellness dimensions (emotional, social, physical, etc.).
• Assist residents to and from activity rooms as needed.
• Document resident changes and maintain communication logs.
• Maintain orderly activity areas and inventory of supplies.
• Assist with Life Skills and other enrichment activities and routines.
