Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and conducting of individual, small and large group activities.
• Assist in developing monthly activity calendar and maintaining attendance records.
• Assist in communicating with residents, families, staff and the public to meet residents' needs.
• Assist in arranging transportation for residents for outings, appointments, or discharge.
• Keep the Activity Department clean, orderly and secured.
