Job summary

You will coordinate monthly calendars, support discharge planning, and ensure a supportive, family-friendly atmosphere on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; one-year long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to read technical procedures and policy manuals.
• Ability to present information clearly to staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct activities for individuals and groups.
• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, families, and public.
• Develop monthly activity calendars and maintain attendance.
• Assist in discharge planning and resident assessments.
• Coordinate transportation for residents when needed.
• Maintain secure and orderly Activity Department.
