The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, knowledge of aging issues, and experience in recreational activities.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of aging and disability issues.
• Must be qualified by experience to develop programs for elders and disabled individuals.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing a seven-day activity program.
• Leads and executes various group activities according to schedule.
• Encourages residents to participate in programming.
