Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is recruiting for a full-time position with a Sunday-Thursday 9am-5pm schedule. You will support residents by assisting with activities, planning calendars, and coordinating performances while ensuring safe transportation to events.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and excellent customer service. You will work with residents, families, and staff in a collaborative environment and contribute to a positive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members.
• Self-motivated, organized, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, planning and executing resident activities.
• Assist in developing monthly calendars, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library.
• Drive residents to events and help them enter/exit the community vehicle.
