Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated Activities Assistant to coordinate resident programs and events. You will help develop monthly calendars, arrange entertainment, and maintain a resident library while providing friendly, patient assistance to residents and families.

Daily tasks include driving residents to activities and supporting entry and exit for the community vehicle, with a 9am–5pm schedule and weekend coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle records, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of activities for residents.
• Help plan monthly calendars, procure performers, and maintain the resident library.
• Drive residents to events and assist with community vehicle entry and exit.
