Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a compassionate team member to support residents through activities, transportation, and engaged programming. You will help plan monthly calendars, coordinate performers, and provide educational seminars while ensuring residents’ safety and enjoyment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in a busy senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Clear communication with residents, family members, and team members.
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional; able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, planning, implementation, and execution of activities for residents.
• Assist in developing the monthly calendar, procure performers, provide seminars, and maintain the resident library.
• Drive residents to events and assist residents to enter and exit the community vehicle.
