Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking an enthusiastic full-time Activity Coordinator to create, plan and execute engaging activities for residents. You will help design monthly calendars, arrange performers, and support seminars while maintaining the resident library.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean motor vehicle records, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
