Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Active CNA certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily activities to keep patients engaged and motivated.
• Plan and participate in outside activities.
• Assist with monthly resident council meetings.
• Adapt recreation programs to meet residents' needs and capabilities.
• Direct and organize activities to help residents develop social skills and confidence.
• Be self-motivated and personable to keep patients engaged.
