Job summary

MorningStar of Parker is seeking a PRN Activities Assistant to support the development and delivery of engaging programs for Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. You will work with the Life Enrichment team to tailor activities to individual preferences and needs, fostering a vibrant community life.

As a part-time, on-call role, you will facilitate group activities, coordinate with departments, prepare monthly calendars, manage supplies, and report progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to engage residents with diverse interests.
• PRN/on-call availability required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing resident activity programs.
• Facilitate group activities and events.
• Prepare monthly Life Enrichment calendars reflecting residents' interests.
• Coordinate activities with other departments.
• Communicate residents' programs to residents, families, volunteers, and staff.
• Supervise volunteers as necessary.
• Invite and assist residents to activities.
• Participate in trainings as requested by administration.
