Senior Lifestyle's Wellington at Hershey's Mill is seeking an enthusiastic activities assistant to help plan and coordinate a variety of resident programs. You will support planning, lead activities, and help transportation when needed, ensuring residents are engaged and having fun.

Qualifications

• No programming experience is necessary.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Active, valid driver’s license required.
• Enthusiastic about fun activities and getting others to participate.
• Patient, helpful and flexible with others when explaining directions and answering questions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating all resident activities.
• Encourage residents to participate in programs and activities and provide transportation to them as needed.
• Lead various activities as directed by the Resident Programs Director.
• Order and maintain supplies for activities as needed.
