Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and speaks English fluently.
• Observes resident engagement and reports to care team.
• Understands state rules for activity programs and resident services.
• Maintains patient, friendly, respectful interaction with residents.
• Assists residents with mobility and daily activities per care plans.
• Handles sensitive situations with patience and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, resident-driven activities reflecting interests.
• Observe participation and document wellbeing per standards.
• Share observations with the interdisciplinary team for care planning.
• Arrange transportation for residents as needed.
• Escort residents to activities and events and support participation.
• Support hydration and mobility during activities.
