Atrium Centers is a 100% employee-owned organization seeking an Activities Assistant to enrich residents' lives through engaging programs and individualized support in Grayling, Michigan.

You will develop, plan, implement, and evaluate activities; coordinate daily and monthly calendars; lead group and individual sessions; and collaborate with the Activities Director and care team to promote dignity and well-being for every resident.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs.

• Help meet residents’ spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs.
• Encourage participation while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team.
