Job summary

Atrium Centers is an employee-owned organization focused on enriching residents' lives through engaging programs in Mansfield, Ohio. As an Activities Assistant, you’ll support the creation, execution, and evaluation of activities that meet social, emotional, and recreational needs.

You'll work with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team to promote dignity, independence, and well-being, delivering joy, connection, and purpose each day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs
• Support the execution of the daily and monthly activity calendar
• Engage residents in group and individual activities
• Help meet residents’ spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs
• Encourage participation while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being
• Collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team
