The role supports a Life Enrichment Director and works with volunteers and community partners to create meaningful experiences.

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, recreation, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate residents, staff, and volunteers.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to resident services.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and lead activities for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
• Maintain a calendar of activities and special events.
• Recruit and support volunteers to boost engagement.
• Develop relationships with local schools, businesses, and community groups.
• Ensure activities are safe and compliant with regulations.
• Support with supervising activity staff and volunteers.
• Provide coverage during evenings, weekends, and events.
