PowerBack Rehabilitation in Westbrook, ME is seeking an Activity Assistant to enrich the daily lives of our patients and residents through engaging, person-centered activities.

You will plan and implement recreation programs, document attendance, and participate in care-plan meetings, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote well-being and meaningful activity throughout the day.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities for patients/residents.
• Document attendance and participation in recreation programs.
• Attend care plan meetings as needed.
