Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation in New Jersey is seeking an Activity Assistant to plan, organize and implement engagement activities that meet the physical, creative, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs of our patients and residents. You will document attendance, participate in care plan meetings, and collaborate with care teams to enrich daily life and well-being in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and the ability to read, write and speak
