PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking an Activity Assistant to enrich the lives of our patients and residents through engaging recreation activities that address physical, creative, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs. You will help design monthly programs and ensure activities are accessible to all.

The role emphasizes clear communication, strong organizational skills, and respectful interaction with patients, families, staff, and visitors as part of a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities meeting the needs of patients and residents.
• Document patient/resident attendance and participation level in recreation programs.
• Attend care plan meetings as needed
