You will help design monthly recreation services and track attendance, contributing to a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and wellbeing of patients.
• Effective communication and strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to positively engage with patients, families, staff and the public.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities that meet physical, creative, cognitive, social and spiritual needs of patients and residents.
• Provide input into the design of monthly recreation therapy services.
• Document patient attendance and participation in recreation programs.
• Attend care plan meetings as needed.
