PowerBack Rehabilitation in West Virginia seeks an Activity Assistant to enrich the lives of our patients and residents by planning and implementing engagement activities across physical, creative, cognitive, social, and spiritual domains.

You will document attendance, help design monthly recreation therapy services, and participate in care plan meetings, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills while ensuring safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities meeting patients' physical, creative, cognitive, social and spiritual needs.
• Document patient/resident attendance and participation level at recreation programs.
• Attend care plan meetings as needed.
