Qualifications

• No degree required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license required
• CPR/BLS certification to be completed within 60 days of employment
• Ability to push wheelchairs and assist residents with mobility
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead individual and group activities for residents
• Follow directions from Activities Coordinator and Activities Director with minimal supervision
• Assess resident needs and make recommendations to leadership
• Provide friendly, professional service and support to residents and families
• Maintain a positive, collaborative team environment
