Position Summary:The Activities Aide supports the delivery of a structured, person-centered activities program designed to enhance the emotional, social, and cognitive well-being of residents. This role assists with planning, preparing, and facilitating recreational activities that align with each resident’s individualized care plan while encouraging engagement, independence, and meaningful daily experiences. Working closely with the activities team and care staff, the Activities Aide helps foster a supportive, positive environment for residents with varying physical and cognitive abilities.
