JOB OBJECTIVE
The purpose of this position is to provide support for our elderly residents by managing their financial accounts and assisting them as they conduct their financial matters in our small nursing home. This position ensures accurate Medicaid and Private Pay billing, timely payments and adherence to financial policies and guidelines. Coordinates with representatives from social services, nursing administration, and other administrative support personnel to ensure resident’s financial matters are kept accurate, current, and secure.
MISSION
The Resident Accounts Coordinator will carry out the above duties in keeping with the mission of Little Sisters of the Poor, namely the caring for the aged poor with love, respect and dignity. “Making the elderly happy, that is what counts” was a saying of Saint Jeanne Jugan, foundress of the Little Sisters of the Poor. Central to this philosophy is the promotion of the psychological, emotional, spiritual and social well-being of our Residents in an atmosphere of kindness and faith.

Work Days: Monday - Friday
Work Hours: 9am- 5:30pm
Holidays Observed: New Year's, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
