Progress Residential is seeking a Resident Accounts Specialist in Las Vegas to serve as the primary liaison for resident accounts, delivering exceptional customer service and accurate account management in Salesforce and Yardi.

You will handle rent collections, processing payments, and coordinate with market office teams. Nevada Real Estate license and Property Manager Permit are required; prior property management experience and proficiency with Yardi Voyager are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in property management or rental housing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and Salesforce preferred.
• Nevada Real Estate license required.
• Real Estate license and Property Manager Permit required in Nevada.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary liaison for resident accounts and inquiries.
• Manage Salesforce cases and Yardi operations.
• Assist with rent collections and eviction-related processes.
• Prepare for court appearances when required.
