Job summary

Progress Residential PM Holdings, LLC is seeking a Lease Administrator in Las Vegas to manage day-to-day property operations for prospective and current residents. You will handle case management, lease generation, screening, and documentation with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The role emphasizes lease compliance, coordination with internal teams, and continuous process improvements to support efficient operations. A Real Estate License for Las Vegas is required for this position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; relevant bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Property management experience in single-family or multi-family rental.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; basic/moderate formulas.
• Yardi and Salesforce experience required with 3–5 years in property management.

Responsibilities

• Process case management, scheduling, lease uploads, and move-ins for residents.
• Review documentation and fees to support application screening and lease agreements.
• Serve as primary responder for resident inquiries and internal requests.
• Collaborate to improve systems and streamline lease administration processes.
