Beatitudes Campus is seeking a Residency Sales Counselor in Phoenix to guide prospective residents and families through the life-planning journey with empathy and expertise.

This full‑time, on‑site role emphasizes relationship-building over transactional sales, with compensation that includes base salary, commissions, and benefits. You’ll engage in tours, consultations, and cross‑functional collaboration to support occupancy goals and a welcoming campus culture.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales and the ability to demonstrate excellent relationship-building skills (minimum 3 years).
• Senior living experience preferred; however, if you have a passion for people and sales you’re encouraged to apply.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and generate the sales needed to reach occupancy goals.
• Experience of sales in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living, and Entrance Fee
