Responsibilities

• Lead staff administrator for the residency program and maintain accreditation documentation.
• Field questions from applicants and assist with the ERAS application process.
• Set up resident interviews and create data-tracking processes for GME data.
• Supervise the residency program coordinator and support rollout of new programs (40 more residents).
• Manage schedules, credentialing, and teaching faculty documentation.
• Oversee didactics planning and trainee progression tracking.
