Job summary

University of Minnesota seeks two Residency Program Administrators to lead day-to-day operations for Family Medicine residencies in the Twin Cities. You will act as the operational link among residents, faculty, and administrative offices, driving accreditation readiness and program development.

You will manage rotations, evaluations, budget aspects, and staff supervision while ensuring timely workflow in a fast-paced academic setting. In-person, 100% on-site.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with 2+ years in medical education administration.
• Ability to learn Graduate Medical Education processes and accreditation standards.
• Strong communication, organization and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accreditation submissions and site visits for residency programs.
• Prepare residents and faculty for annual surveys and milestones.
• Coordinate evaluation committees and rotation management in RMS.
• Lead recruitment activities and NRMP/ERAS processes for multiple programs.
• Supervise program coordinators and manage program operations within deadlines.
