Job summary

Community Health of Central Washington is seeking an experienced Residency Manager to oversee operations and administration of the Family Medicine Residency Program based in Yakima. This key leadership role requires strong organizational, project management, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, at least three years of relevant experience, and familiarity with accreditation processes. CHCW offers a competitive salary and benefits including medical and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in management and oversight of residency operations.
• Familiarity with ACGME and other accrediting and regulatory bodies.
• Direct experience in staff supervision and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations and administration of residency program.
• Ensure accreditation and financial management.
• Collaborate with faculty and institutional leaders.
