Community Health of Central WA (CHCW) seeks a Family Medicine physician for clinical faculty at CHCW-Ellensburg Medical Clinic to provide comprehensive, compassionate primary care in a teaching-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine US Residency.
• WA License or ability to obtain WA license.
• DEA certificate.
• BE/BC required.
• Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, compassionate, evidence-based primary care.
• Collaborate in a teaching environment with residents and medical students.
• Precept residents and medical student rotations.

On-Site Support

• Strong and robust Primary Care Behavioral Health with BHCs on site and warm handoffs within minutes
• Support services: lab, xray, pharmacy, evening clinic (certain services are site specific)
• Clinical Support: fully staffed with MAs, RNs, after-hours triage, and case managers
• Providers: Great blend of residents, new grads, mid-career, tenured physicians, and APPs

Compensation And Perks

• Base Salary: $215,000-$267,000. Salary is based on encounters per day (-tiered level), and experience bonus. Additional financial add-ons include an incentive for meeting engagement goals and for call. (optional)
