Job summary

Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a Residency Program Coordinator to join our Residency team. The role provides administrative support to the Wausau Family Medicine Residency and represents the program externally, coordinating recruitment and ensuring compliance with ACGME requirements.

You will collaborate with the Education Department, manage communications, scheduling, and records, and help maintain a positive learning environment for residents and faculty.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Health or Business Administration; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible office coordination experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with medical systems and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong computer literacy and attention to detail; able to prioritize and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Residency Program and represent the program externally.
• Coordinate recruitment season and collaborate with Education Department to meet ACGME requirements.
• Maintain records, scheduling, and program communications to ensure smooth operation.
