Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a Provider Recruiter to join the Office of Provider Experience. You will recruit Nurses Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Physicians, and other allied health professionals for Aspirus Health.

The role supports strategy, builds recruitment processes, and partners with Medical Group leadership to develop staff. Hybrid schedule and 0.6 FTE offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in recruiting, marketing, personnel or health care related activities required.
• Understanding of healthcare environment and computer knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively with physicians and stakeholders at various levels, including C-suite.
• Strong professionalism and accountability in role responsibilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a PROVIDER RECRUITER to join our OFFICE OF PROVIDER EXPERIENCE team!

The Provider Recruiter serves on the in-house provider recruitment team as part of the Office of Provider Experience and is accountable for recruiting and hiring Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Physicians, and other allied health professionals for Aspirus Health. In collaboration with the Aspirus Medical Group leadership team, the Provider Recruiter serves as a content expert for all processes and procedures related to the recruitment of providers. The Provider Recruiter will develop and implement recruitment strategies in support of the strategic operating plan and medical staff development plans.

HOURS: Part Time, .60 FTE, 48 hours every two weeks, Hybrid

Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Previous experience in recruiting, marketing, personnel or health care related activities required.
• Understanding of healthcare and medical environment as well as computer knowledge required.
• Ability to work effectively with physicians and stakeholders at various organizational levels, including C-suite.
• Ability to project positive image of self and Aspirus and demonstrate high degree of professionalism.
• Ability to market Aspirus.
• Must be self-motivated and strive for professional and personal growth.
• Demonstrate strong initiative and be accountable for role responsibilities.
• Ability to coordinate simultaneous projects in a stressful environment, ability to assess priorities and handle frequent changes.
• Possesses strong organizational skills necessary and ability to follow through and bring closure on assigned responsibility independently.
• Maintain active standing in applicable professional organizations and networks in addition to contemporary knowledge of industry trends
• Strong communication and listening skills along with negotiation skills required.
• Ability to organize and prioritize duties, willingness to work with individuals in early morning and evenings as needed to enhance recruitment efforts. Willingness to travel as required.
• Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
