Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform or coordinate administrative activities for residency programs.
• Support programs with over 20 residents across multiple training sites and durations longer than three years.
• Prepare the program for accreditation site visits and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Plan resident orientation and manage rotation scheduling and evaluations.
• Maintain residents' academic files, including rotations, evaluations, curriculum, and critical documentation.
• Assist with residency recruitment programs by updating brochures and displays, coordinating recruitment trips, and preparing applicant interviews.
• Assist in resolving foreign nationals' visa issues.
• Maintain required records and databases for residency programs.
• Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
• Perform related responsibilities as required.
