The University of Colorado Anschutz is seeking a Residency Program Coordinator to support the OBGYN residency program, manage logistics, and assist with annual scholarly activities and recruitment processes.

This hybrid role collaborates with the Residency Program Manager and Program Director, coordinating onboarding, evaluations, and program calendars while supporting residents and faculty in meeting accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of professional experience in higher education.
• An advanced degree may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis if directly related to the work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residency activities and logistics in partnership with the Residency Program Manager.
• Assist with annual faculty and resident scholarly activity updates in the ACGME report.
• Coordinate residency recruitment interviews and onboarding of new interns.
• Maintain residency records, schedules, and evaluation data.
• Communicate policies from GME, RRC, and CREOG to residents.
• Support use of the MedHub system for evaluations and rotation data.
