The University of Colorado Anschutz is seeking a Residency Program Coordinator to support the OBGYN residency program and related weekly continuing education activities. The role collaborates with the Residency Program Manager and reports to the Program Director, with rotations at multiple campus sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, assisting with annual reports and interviews, managing confidential information, and ensuring policies are followed for GME and CREOG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of professional experience in higher education.
• Advanced degree may substitute for experience.
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with procurement systems (Concur, Marketplace).
• Meeting and event planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residency activities and logistics.
• Assist with annual faculty and resident scholarly activity updates.
• Assist with residency recruitment interviews.
• Manage confidential resident information.
• Access and interpret GME policies for residents.
• Monitor resident case log entry and weekly duty hours.
• Maintain resident compliance reports and exam schedules.
• Organize intern orientation and residency events.
• Coordinate residency graduation and research day.
