Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and administrative experience in an academic healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of ACGME systems and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills demonstrated in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residency program and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
• Serve as primary liaison among residents, faculty, GME leadership, accrediting bodies, and stakeholders.
• Interpret and apply ACGME and institutional policies; guide residents on program requirements.
• Administer residency management systems: demographics, attendance, schedules, logs, and work hours.
• Maintain confidential information and respond to resident inquiries timely and professionally.
• Coordinate ERAS applications, recruitment activities, and NRMP processes.
