Responsibilities

• Administers the administrative, operational, financial, and human resource management of one or more physician medical practices associated with the Family Medicine Residency.
• Ensures effective delivery of ambulatory services, achievement of financial and operational goals, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional patient experience.
• Partners closely with physicians and clinical leaders interfacing with centralized corporate departments to support organizational objectives.
