Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is seeking a leader to oversee the administrative, operational, financial, and human resources management of one or more physician practices linked to the Family Medicine Residency.

The role ensures ambulatory service delivery, financial and operational goals, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional patient experience, partnering with physicians and clinical leaders to align with centralized corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare operations and ambulatory care workflows.
• Experience with value-based care models and population health.
• Strong organizational and management skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; able to engage executives and clinical leaders.
• Proficiency in EHRs, practice management systems and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Administrative, operational, financial, and human resource management of physician practices.
• Ensure ambulatory services delivery, financial/operational goals, regulatory compliance, and patient experience.
