LOUIS, MO 63108# **Scheduled Hours**40# **Position Summary**Plans and implements programs and initiatives for assigned department.# **Job Description****Primary Duties & Responsibilities:*** Assists with operational coordination of department programs and activities, social media and communication outreach, databases and file management, internal and external correspondence.* Coordinates logistics arrangements of major domestic and international conferences and speaking engagements, including handling all travel arrangements and accommodations, catering arrangements for banquets and luncheons, logistics for speaking presentations, preparation of meeting schedules, crowd control and prompt processing of reimbursements.* Assists with departmental purchases, travel and expenditures.* Assists with program budgets.* Performs other duties as assigned. **Working Conditions:** Job Location/Working Conditions:* Normal office environment.Physical Effort:* Typically sitting at a desk or table.Equipment:* Office equipment.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
