Job summary

Company Ventures is seeking an Associate to run our Founder Residency day-to-day, build a calendar of events that people actually want to attend, and scale with lightweight AI tools for trackers and outreach workflows.

You’ll work closely with our investment and talent teams and with founders across the residency and portfolio, shaping a vibrant community and ensuring exceptional individuals enter our world.

Qualifications

• A natural host with the ability to read a room, keep energy up, and pull the right people into conversations.
• A clear viewpoint on what makes events worth attending and defending that stance.
• Proven execution of brand-building on social media and content.
• Comfort with AI tools to build lightweight trackers, outreach sequences, and workflows.
• Ability to run a full events calendar and academy-style residency cadence.
• Comfortable collaborating across the firm—investment, talent, founders and partners.
• Excited to be in person daily at our offices (22 Vanderbilt).

Responsibilities

• Build a Finely-Tuned Calendar of Value-Add Events: design and run recurring community events with meaningful formats.
• Activate and replenish a vital talent pipeline in tandem with investment and talent teams.
• Run Our Residency Program: manage admissions, onboarding, and the yearly rhythm for ~30 resident teams.
• Own Our Social & Content Presence: develop and publish content that showcases the space and residency.
