Starwood Hotels seeks a Residences Supervisor to lead day-to-day Residences operations, support Front Desk and Housekeeping, and act as a trusted contact for owners and residents. You will guide team members, supervise service delivery, and uphold brand standards across the property.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with owners, residents, brokers, and Exclusive Resorts members, coordinating VIP arrivals, and maintaining a warm, personalized guest experience in a luxury setting.

• Experience supervising Front Office and Residences operations.

• Support purchasing, invoices, owner communications, and site updates.
• Uphold the vision, mission, and service standards of 1 Hotels.

• Act as the Residences Manager on Duty in their absence and maintain a visible presence in the lobby and Front Desk.
• Build strong relationships with owners, residents, brokers, and Exclusive Resorts members while handling requests and concerns.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, special requests, owner communications, and resident feedback for a seamless experience.
• Support the Residences Manager with hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance development.
• Oversee housekeeping assignments, inspections, arrivals, turndown, and brand adherence.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to ensure residences and shared spaces are safe and guest-ready.
• Assist with unit inspections, preventative maintenance, permits, and owner documentation.
• Support purchasing, invoices, owner communications, website/newsletter updates, and other admin tasks.
• Help uphold Starwood's service standards and culture of engagement and accountability.

• Support the Residences Manager with team hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance development.
• Oversee housekeeping operations, including daily assignments, unit inspections, arrivals, turndown, and adherence to brand standards.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure residences and shared spaces are safe, well-maintained, and guest-ready.
• Assist with unit inspections, preventative maintenance, permits, owner documentation, and other Residences projects.
• Support purchasing, invoices, owner communications, website/newsletter updates, and other administrative responsibilities.
• Help uphold the vision, mission, and service standards of 1 Hotels while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and exceptional hospitality.
