Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in New York is seeking an Assistant Residence Manager to support a residential program for adults with developmental disabilities. You will help coordinate daily care, participate in program planning, and supervise staff to foster personal development and goal achievement.

Qualifications

• Have a HS diploma/GED with one year of related experience.
• Bachelor degree or Associate degree with one year of related experience preferred.
• Have a valid NY Driver's License.
• Be flexible, patient, energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor.
• Have a strong passion for working with and helping children and adults with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and implementation of the residence program.
• Oversee intellectually and developmentally disabled adults.
• Partner with these individuals to facilitate daily care, enhance personal development, and meet individualized goals.
