Job summary
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Kingston, NY is seeking an Assistant Residence Manager to support the residence program and supervise care for adults with developmental disabilities. The role partners with individuals to promote daily care, personal development, self-esteem and goal achievement.
The position requires HS diploma/GED with related experience and a valid NY driver’s license. Salary is commensurate with education and experience, with a comprehensive benefits package and ASCEND
Qualifications
- Have a HS diploma/GED with one year of related experience.
- Have a valid NY Drivers License.
- Be flexible, patient, energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor
- Have a strong passion for working with and helping children and adults with special needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordination, and implementation of the residence program.
- Oversee intellectually and developmentally disabled adults.
- Partner with individuals to facilitate daily care, enhance personal development, foster self-esteem, and meet individualized goals.
