Job summary

Lifetime Assistance – Senior Residence Manager is seeking a compassionate leader to oversee daily operations of residential sites in Leroy, NY. The role ensures high-quality services aligned with individual needs and rights, supervising DSPs, and maintaining compliance with OPWDD standards.

You will manage health, safety, and wellness supports, document incidents, and support community inclusion and person-centered goals while coordinating with the Associate Director and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising DSP teams and coordinating with interdisciplinary groups.
• Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and person-centered planning practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of assigned residential sites and ensure services meet individual needs and rights.
• Supervise, train, and schedule Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Oversee health, safety, and wellness supports, including medication administration and dietary needs.
• Promote person-centered care and community inclusion; support daily living goals.
• Maintain documentation, incident reports, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage site facilities, fiscal records, and monthly inspections; support capital projects.
• Serve as Administrator On Call on a rotating basis and respond to emergencies.
