A leading organization in human services is looking for a Residence Manager to oversee two residential group homes for adults with Autism in Peekskill, NY. The role involves managing care plans, ensuring staff compliance, and maintaining resident records while offering a supportive environment for both staff and residents. Salary:$64,400-$66,500 annually

The Residence Manager will provide supervision and oversight in2 residential group homesfor adults with Autism. Responsibilities of the Residence Manager of the residences manager include but are not limited the following: facilitate the planning, development and implementation of person-centered plans; develop individuals’ goals and outcomes with people supported; coordinating and participating in individual plan meetings; ensure the timely completion of summaries for monthly, semi-annual and annual reviews; ensure each resident’s electronic healthcare record is updated and accurate.
The manager will provide ongoing support and ongoing training to all program staff and ensure that both coverage and compliance meets all regulatory needs and standards.
