Job summary

The Colonial Group in New York is seeking a dedicated Residential Manager to oversee our group homes for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will manage daily operations, safety, and quality of life in residences housing 4 to 12 residents, ensuring compassionate support and compliance with agency standards.

Responsibilities include supervising Direct Support Staff, coordinating schedules, training, maintaining documentation, and overseeing maintenance while providing leadership

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three years’ supervisory experience with the I/DD population.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and a clean NYS driver’s license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• General computer skills and ability to learn agency software.
