Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Resident Assistants.
• Conduct regular staff meetings.
• Evaluate RA performance.
• Provide training and ongoing support to student staff.
• Assist with planning, implementation, and assessment of residence education programs.
• Advise student organizations and refer students to campus resources.
• Enforce university policies and collaborate with campus partners.
• Participate in on-call duty rotation during academic breaks.
