Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Five years of related full-time work experience in housing, residence life, admin support, and/or programming.
• Two years of Residence Life live-in experience in a university setting.
• Two years of experience with university information systems (Ellucian, Formstack, Colleague).
• Two years of experience organizing orientations, workshops, events, and activities.
• Two years of experience supervising and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in managing daily office operations for three residence halls.
• Prepare, update, and file official documents, contracts, reports, and policies.
• Screen applications each semester/academic year and communicate with residents about living conditions.
• Provide counter service and assist residents and visitors with inquiries and issues.
• Create master lists, room assignments, and manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Update website and social media; disseminate mass announcements to residents.
